It was not long ago that we announced El Feel El Azraa 2’s recent success in making box office sales worth EGP 93,800,000. This time, we have historically remarkable news; today, El Feel El Azraa 2 has become the first film to make EGP 100 million in the history of Egyptian cinema. The Egyptian film has achieved this throughout the past 8 weeks since its release, through which it was successful at maintaining the continued attention of cinema-goers.

The film was conducted in such a way, where a mix of horror, drama, and most of all, mystery, were all established to ignite some interest in the viewer’s mind, creating a unique film in Egyptian film history. Written by Ahmed Mourad and directed by Marwan Hamed, no wonder the film was a massive success at its ability to keep its audience caught up in the details of each scene. Not to mention, of course, the role of the talented, star-studded cast, which consists of Karim Abdelaziz, Hend Sabry, Nelly Karim, and Sherine Reda.

Despite the movie’s release before Eid El Adha, it was able to successfully hit the charts and break records more quickly than ever. Even with many distractions from events like the beginning of the school season and the introduction of other movies, the film stayed strong, maintaining its powerful essence, landing a spot on top. Other films were close, but none of them had the same perplexing effect as El Feel El Azraa 2.

This not only is a massive success in Egyptian history, but it also serves to show that Egyptian talent is here and it is worth something, in fact, it is worth anyone’s while. To see for ourselves that El Feel El Azraa has been able to achieve such exciting numbers in such little time, shows that talent needs no luck, and that Egyptians do have what it takes and the ability is there.
