Netflix has given us an enormous gift, or cadeaux as those at Savoir like to say, with the release of Emily in Paris season 3. We’ve been waiting long to see what Emily has for us this year, and her antics definitely delivered the year-long wait. The Chicago born, residing in Paris, marketing directive’s life is too attractive for us not to review, from drama and love to perfect marketing pitches. And we think this is the perfect article to read before bingeing the newest season.

Season 3’s Juicy Plot

Having to deal with two bosses, Madeline at Savoir and Sylvie at her new French start-up, Emily has to choose between staying at Savoir or taking the risk to work with Sylvie at her new agency. But nothing goes as planned, as we know from Emily’s past experiences.

With juggling a new life in Paris, her love life with her boyfriend Alfie, and her work life with Madeline and Sylvie, the plot is more than crazy – but that isn’t very new for Emily, is it? So, will she say salut to Madeline? Or will she stick to her Parisian boss Sylvie? You’ll need to watch the new season for yourself to find out!

Our Honest Thoughts on the Refurbished Season

We’re only halfway through the season, but we're deeply invested in the emotional rollercoaster Emily is going through. And while we didn’t experience the same excitement we typically do when watching the show, we still adored the Parisian fashion, lifestyle, and scenery, which was simply quelle beauté.

This season, we saw more of Mindy and how she shines to become the big star she dreamed of becoming, with all her sparkly fashion and performances. And we also got to capture a glimpse of everyone else’s lives in the show, including Sylvie, Camille, Luc, and Julian. Witnessing their character depth and development had us excited for all scenes aside from Emily’s spotlight.

We’d rate the new season a nine out of ten, with Paris getting two points for its beauty.
