Last week, we witnessed the uprising of an infamous feud between social media personalities Kenzy Madbouly and Eyad El Mogy. The dispute led to many consequences, from people discovering Eyad’s hilarious content and multiple of his YouTube videos being brought down to an A-list Egyptian celebrity intervening in the drama. But it seems the feud has finally ended, with both influencers seen at the same viral wedding.

Who They Are

Kenzy Mabdouly is a content creator with millions of followers. She uses her platform to deliver skits addressing several topics, including mental health, self-love, and much more. She also shares updates on her relationship with her fellow influencer and fiancé Feras Mohib.

Eyad El Mogy’s content is based on roasting influencers and their bizarre content. The creator’s way of delivering sarcasm without crossing lines has led to his wide acknowledgement with time.

Kenzy Speaks Out

In a series of Instagram stories, Kenzy expressed outrage over a video Eyad posted a while ago. In his video, he mocked social media couples, including her and Feras, who were labelled as lacking any comedic sense.

Kenzy went on to call Eyad “lifeless” and “a nobody” and asked her fanbase of teenage girls to go after him in his comments section and report his accounts. But the content creator later owned up to and apologised for her overreaction.

Eyad Owns the Narrative

Eyad woke up to a sudden outbreak of chaos, with many of his videos being taken down and his accounts being suspended momentarily. Although he could’ve acted impulsively, too, he chose to make a delicious glass of lemonade out of the lemons thrown at him.

He uploaded a now-removed video dedicated to the incident that received rave reviews. People began thanking Kenzy for putting the influencer on their radar and called him an underrated social media gem.

Mohamed Henedy Joins In

Surprisingly, amid the ongoing dispute between the duo, Mohamed Henedy himself stepped in. The star Tweeted about the feud and started a campaign against Eyad, which was met with appreciation from Kenzy and disappointment from Eyad’s fanbase. After, Henedy clarified his stance supporting Eyad’s comedic content and threw one of his known-by-heart lines, “khaleeki fresh ehna fe rehla”, at Kenzy.

A week later, the two social media stars were spotted at the same venue of the eagerly awaited — 27 episodes of building a home later, to be exact — wedding. Even though both parties of the feud were not seen together in any photo or video, people couldn’t help but wonder if they crossed paths. But, of course, some conspiracy theorists believe that the online fight was scripted for clout and attention. We’ll never know, but we sure hope they make amends and, maybe, collaborate soon.
