We all have toxic exes and toxic relationships that get to us and hit the wrong spots but some relationships –believe it or not– don’t always end in bad terms. Especially if there are kids involved, which is the case in Ghada Adel and Magdy El- Hawary’s relationship after their divorce.
There’s no doubt that we love Ghada Adel and watch most of her movies, with one of them being the beloved movie El- Basha Telmeez where she played Engy’s role perfectly, giving us a sentence we say almost all the time—‘’Hamza Khadetny’’. To your surprise if you didn’t know, a lot of the masterpieces of the 2000’s (including ones that she starred in) were directed by Adel’s ex-husband Magdy El-Hawary.
Oddly enough, the two exes reunited for a friendly chat on Besaraha Ma’.

Besaraha Ma’ is a Shahid talk show that brings celebrities together to have a chat. Ghada Adel and Magdy El- Hawary got married at a very young age and they share 5 kids together. Additionally, they try to make their relationship work even after they got divorced 5 years ago.
They talk about the past, present and future but they bring up the past a lot, bringing Ghada to tears as she did mention that she doesn’t like to talk about their past because it saddens her. Hawary was very protective of her and cornered her in many roles she wasn’t comfortable in doing and regrets most of them. However, he says that she needed to hone her craft in comfortable roles that Hawary picked for her. As good as the roles were, that doesn’t change that she still wasn’t comfortable.
The good thing about their conversation

Having a respectful communication between people who shared a relationship and have so much history together after all these years warms our hearts. This duo also shows us how good they are as parents because, let’s be honest, co-parenting is hard when the couple is divorced but they still managed to do that perfectly.
The bad thing about their conversation
Even though this was a good chat for both of them, showing us the good things about their relationship, Ghada Adel didn’t stop tearing up because of the memories she remembered as he kept reminding her of them! She also kept mentioning how she wanted to do more intense roles than the ones Magdy El-Hawary ever gave her the opportunity to do.
Its important to note that if you ever feel controlled or cornered by your partner, you should either talk it out or end it according to how the conversation goes.
