This year, a group of celebrities will seem somewhat too familiar to viewers due to their presence across multiple shows. Let's take a closer look at those who are dominating our screentime this month:

 

Mahmoud El Bezawy

Mahmoud El Bezawy, known for his charismatic presence and impeccable acting skills, graced our screens in not one, not two, but FIVE different shows, from the comedic brilliance of Baba Geh to the intense drama of Mohareb to his appearances as the father figure in Masar Egbary. 

For the second half of Ramadan, he is also expected to appear in the highly anticipated Cobra alongside Mohamed Imam, and has an upcoming role in the sci-fi Gawdar.

 

Salwa Othman

Salwa Othman, often hailed as the mother figure of Egyptian television, also makes her mark in five distinct shows. With her portrayal in El Me3alemHa2 3arab, Mohareb, and Ne3ma El Avocado, Othman effortlessly captures the essence of maternal love and warmth. Her upcoming role in Hany Ramzy's Bedoun Mokabel promises to further showcase her range and talent.

 

Sama Ibrahim

Sama Ibrahim, recognised for her breakthrough performance in Mawdou3 3a2ely, continues to captivate audiences with her portrayals in this year's lineup. From the action-packed Mohareb to the comedic Baba Geh, she has been earning praise for her performances. She is also in 3atabat El Bahga and will appear in Raheel alongside Yasmine Sabry during the second half of Ramadan.

 

Salah Abdallah

Salah Abdallah, a renowned Egyptian cinema and television trademark, returns to the small screen with a bang this Ramadan. From his memorable performances in 3atabat El Bahga, alongside his friend Yehia El Fakharany, and El 3atawla to his cameo in Ser Elahy, Abdallah captivates audiences awaiting his upcoming role in Khaled Nour w Walado Noor Khaled.

 

Mimi Gamal

Mimi Gamal, whose return to the spotlight has been met with widespread acclaim, continues to dazzle audiences with her captivating performances in this year's shows. From her appearance in the hit show El Hashasheen to Ser Elahy, her addition to Kamel El 3adad's second season in the role of the late Mostafa Darwish's mother resonated most with viewers. We await to watch her triumphant revival bloom further with Ba2eina Etneen in a matter of weeks. 

 

Ahmed Bedeer
