Deadpool & Wolverine, the long-awaited X-men/Marvel team-up, has finally arrived! July 24th marks the release date for Deadpool & Wolverine’s official duo movie and entry to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, after Disney has acquired full rights to the franchise. We gotta tell you that you DO NOT wanna miss this unique cinematic experience. You are gonna laugh, tear up and reside at the edge of your seat for the whole ride! It is Marvel's first R-rated movie; as we all know, Deadpool contains language that is not very Disney-friendly.

If you are willing to take on some excitement, we have the review for Deadpool & Wolverine right here for you!

The Most Iconic Bromance There Is:

Real-life besties Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman suit up for this epic redemption story of our two beloved X-men in their glorious red and yellow superhero suits. It is the bromance you didn’t know you needed. The two have incredible on-and-off-screen chemistry and rapport that brings joy and excitement to every scene. MCU fans are going to be happy, but Marvel Comics fans are going to be even happier!

Helmed by the Man behind Stranger Things:

Shawn Levy, director of Night at the Museum and Stranger Things, comes to the MCU bearing enormous gifts with Deadpool & Wolverine, a team-up that fans have wanted for years, which does not disappoint.

The Plot:

The film follows the events of Logan (2017) and Deadpool 2 (2018), where Wade Wilson has now put the red suit away, while Wolverine had epically and heroically died years before in the same universe, saving the young girl X-23 with the same powers as his. You didn’t forget we have multiple universes now, did you? The TVA snatches Deadpool from his universe and puts him on a crazy quest of redemption and self-discovery.

Gentle Reminder:

The story relies heavily on previous MCU, Deadpool, and X-men works, which we recommend you watch first before delving into the D&W world. To enjoy this once-in-a-few-years experience, you must watch Logan, Deadpool 1, Deadpool 2, Loki series, X-Men (2000) and Fantastic Four (2005).

Why You Should Watch It:

It is fair to say that this movie the best fan-service film since Spiderman: No Way Home. If you come for Deadpool’s grand entrance to the MCU, you are gonna surely stay for the funniest-of-all-time Deadpool zapping lines, countless, surprising, and awesome cameos, and, of course, the return of the one and only Wolverine!
