Without a doubt, some of the actors we see on TV have become regular presences we expect every Ramadan. In fact, we simply can’t have the thrill of a Ramadan series without seeing them. This year, though, it’s different because some of these celebrities’ kids took over, and we are loving them as much as we love their parents.
We also admire them greatly as rising to fame without the help of their parents or their famous families is a huge deal, as pursuing a career in acting is very tough, especially when you have no help. These rising stars have been recruited purely for their talent, with some of their parents not even knowing they got into the business. It might be a bit of a stretch that some celebs had no idea of their kids’ success, sure, but you get the idea.
So, let’s discuss some new Egyptian talents on the rise!
1- Nour Khaled El Nabawy
Proving himself worthy of watching last year when he guest-starred in season two of El-Ekhteyar, Nour Khaled El Nabawy is playing a totally different character this Ramadan as he’s playing Tarek, a playful yet sensitive guy who’s lost in life, in Rag’een Ya Hawa alongside his father, the legendary Khaled El Nabawy.

2- Amira Adeeb
Even though Amira Adeeb is the daughter of actress Manal Salama and producer Adel Adeeb, we haven’t seen her in many series. However, she knows how to pick her roles and acts with a lot of heart. You can clearly see she has a lot of potential, which she continuously shows us in the limited amount of series she starred in, proving herself in each role. 3- Yassin Ahmed El Sakka
Season three of El-Ekhetyar is blowing up, especially with the great nostalgic, revolutionary feeling it brings out of everyone’s hearts and minds. Yassin Ahmed El Sakka secured a role this season, with his father, the great Ahmed El Sakka, saying that he had no clue his son was cast in the same series as he was this year.

4- Omar Fawzi
Coming from a family of artists with many amazing actors, Wafaa Amer’s son, Omar Fawzi, got into the acting field, starring alongside his mother in her Ramadan series Beit El Sheda. On her son’s acting abilities, Wafaa expressed her shock when she saw her son sharing a scene with her, as she had no clue he was in the same cast.

A brilliant talent and a beautiful actress, Laila Ahmed Zaher has proved herself many times since she was just a child star. And her acting career keeps skyrocketing as she’s landed her very own show, Fe Beitna Robot, alongside Hisham Gamal, with the show airing its second season in Ramadan after the gigantic success of the first one.
