Do you like Mexican food? Fancy owning a piece by one of Mexico's most seasoned artists? If you answered yes to both of these questions, then step right up, because the Mexican Embassy in Cairo is offering exactly yet.

But let's rewind for a second and start from the beginning. Mexican artist and sculptor, Jorge Marin, is a man of peace; as part of an urban art project of 13 works, Marin has been determined to encourage audience interaction in public spaces. One of the 13 pieces is the Wings of Mexico.

So determined to spread a message of peace is Marin, that this magnificent sculpture has been on a tour of the world, with the latest stop coming right here in Egypt - at Cairo Opera House, to be precise.

To celebrate this unique art concept, the Embassy of Mexico is giving one lucky Cairene the chance to win a lavish dinner at Fairmont Heliopolis' Mexican restaurant, Maria's (you have to try their guacamole, it's impossibly delicious), plus an original graphic work by Marin himself. Two runners-up, meanwhile, will also win a piece by Marin each.

All you have to do is take a photo with the Wings of Mexico and send it to alasdemexico.egipto@gmail.com with all your details. The photos will then be posted on the Embassy of Mexico's official Facebook page on August 27th. The picture that receives the most likes between then and September 4th will be declared the winner. Hooray!

The Wings of Mexico are located at Cairo Opera House's Palace of Arts till October 30th. For more information, click here.
