Fifteen years on, and it's still the best in the game; how ever you might feel about the Cairo nightlife institution that is Cairo Jazz Club, you can't deny that there really is nothing like it in Egypt's capital. Its enduring fifteen year life aside, CJC has come to be a beacon of drinkin' and dancin' - no other bar or club has as much live entertainment as 'Jazz' does and its anniversary this month saw regulars and performers show up in droves to raise a glass to one of the most popular bars in the city. With the likes of Disco Misr and A-Squared manning the decks, and a few other familiar faces in the crowd, ensured that CJC marked the big 1-5 in typically spectacular fashion.
