While you all navigate through the minefield that is social media to push your events and soirees, one group of partygoers in Preston, England have bypassed hashtags and whatnot in favour of the old, but effective, technique of shoving a camcorder in people's faces.

The guys behind brilliantly named club night, Bounce with an Ounce, have become online celebrities thanks to a promo video posted on YouTube in June. The four-minute-plus production showcases a range of its happy-go-lucky revellers reaching previously undiscovered heights of nirvana, the likes of which Cairo can only aspire to. It's bloody brilliant.
