And so here we are at the end of the road. This weekend is bittersweet – Eid has thrown up plenty of special parties and events, but it also marks the end of Sahel Season. Sigh.

While so many limp across the finish line, 6IX Degrees is going all out, with the Sahel super club welcoming a whole host of top performers as it bids adieu to an eventful summer.

Things kick off with a special edition of Friday Heat, with two separate belly-dancing performances from Dina and Anastasia, while singer Ramy Sabry and DJ Ghandoukly also set to take to the stage.

On Saturday, it’s all black everything, with the club’s annual closing Black Party, where Lebanese bombshell, Nicole Saba, is set to take to the stage for what is shaping up to be a very special performance. It’s a bit of a special night all-round, in fact, with belly-dancer, Alla Kushnir, and Beirut’s DJ Toughguy also part of the line-up.

And then there’s Sunday – The Finale. It’s shaping up to be a huge night too, with Egypt’s most in-demand belly-dancer, the woman who brought back the artistic side of belly-dancing, Amie Sultan, set to take to the stage. Helping bid adieu on the night will be DJ Lyon Avakian and a host of other live entertainment, including performance by Robo Girls and Miracle Show. The three days will be sprinkled with surprise performances, too – so there’s a lot to take in.
