Gold's Gym has been putting out fires for the last 24 hours, after coming under attack for an insensitive post published by the Gold's Gym franchise in Dreamland, 6th of October City.

The move comes after many were incensed at a photo of a pear was published alongside the tagline, "This is No Shape For a Girl". While the Dreamland franchise has since apologised for the post, Gold's Gym corporate have said that the branch is yet to respond to any of their communications.

In a lengthy post, Gold's Gym has condemned and distanced itself from the post, though some social media users have suggested that it was intended to incite controversy deliberately as part of a marketing push.

Another image has since appeared dated July, once again showing the Dreamland franchise using an image of a pear.

While the photo continues to circulate online, many have commended Gold's Gym corporate for their quick and decisive action.
