This year, Yango Play features a few yet quite exclusive series for Ramadan 2025. From El-Noss to Gawdar, the selection is very promising and sparks excitement for Ramadan's entertainment line-up.
El-Noss
Inspired by Ayman Osman's Mozakarat Nashal, El-Noss tells the story of the fascinating life of Abdel Aziz El-Noss in 15 elaborate episodes. Abdel Aziz El-Noss, played by Ahmed Amin, is a pickpocket thief who turns into a national hero and leads a movement of Egyptian resistance against the British occupation with thieves, a streetwalker, and a cop.
El-Ghawy
After El Kebeer and its 7 seasons, Ahmed Mekky is now starring in a new series of 15 episodes. He plays a dangerous gangster who turns good to raise his children and teach them better ways of life, especially after his wife's tragic death. His transformation turns him into a local hero in his area, beloved by his family and neighbours.
Qahwet Al Mahatta
Qahwet Al Mahatta is a 15-episode crime mystery and drama. The series features a mysterious murder case in a train station with several layers and suspects. The prosecutor on the case gets caught in a dilemma of hesitancy to trust his intuition or tangible evidence. The cast includes Ahmed Ghozzi, Bayoumi Fouad, Hala Sedqy, Entsar, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, and many more.
Welad Al-Shams
Streaming on Watch It & Yango Play, Welad Al-Shams consists of 15 episodes packed with action and entertaining thrill starring Ahmed Malek, Taha Desouky, and Mahmoud Hemida. The plot revolves around Wel3a and Mofta7, who had a harsh upbringing in an orphanage. They decide to rebel against the orphanage's owner, who used them to steal and commit fraud from a young age.
Albi W Moftaho
Mai Ezz El-Din plays a divorcee trying to get back with her former husband for her young son. However, she has to find a "mohlal' first. She stumbles upon a driver, played by Asser Yassin, whom she approaches and proposes to without revealing her real motive in 15 episodes.
Gawdar 2
In the sequel of 15 episodes, the medieval tale of Gawdar continues from where it left off but with a few twists. Starring Yasser Galal, Yasmin Raeis, and Tara Emad, Gawdar gets caught up again in his enemies and the conspiracies plotted against him. The Shimoun once again tries to use him to get to the treasures.
