Kolac, which means cake in Czech and Slovak, is a dessert shop established by Nada Hammam. The shop specialises in creating customised cakes for birthdays, engagements, and any occasion that calls for beautifully designed cakes. They customise mini cakes, 14-cm, and 18-cm cakes, cupcakes, and heart-shaped cakes, allowing you to add your preferred text and images.  

Nino's Bakery

Nino's Bakery is another shop that lets you design your own cake with their Create Your Own Cake option, which costs EGP 1000. For a smaller size, their Create Your Own Bento Cake is EGP 450. In addition to that, you can design your dream two-tier cake for only EGP 2750!

Zahra 

Zahra is not just a cake/dessert shop but a collective gift shop that offers you a variety of customised gifts for your loved ones. Their bundles include the Happy Birthday Bundle, which consists of a birthday cake, brownie bouquet, and balloons for EGP 1900. 

Kek 

Kek is a dessert shop that creates holiday-themed and customised cakes for various celebrations. They also sell honey cakes, cookies, and even kahk during Eid. However, to customise a cake, you must contact them five days before your special occasion.

Buttercup Bakery 

Another dessert shop we absolutely have to include is Buttercup Bakery, founded by Habiba Badee. They customise wedding cakes, birthday cakes, engagement cakes, and themed cakes, each requiring a particular notice period for them to prepare. Wedding cakes, for example, need a minimum of three weeks' notice, while engagement cakes need two weeks.
