With many series, ads, and the general cheery feeling of Ramadan exhaustion in the air, people haven’t stopped tweeting, and naturally, they tweeted about the season. As we all know, Egyptians always take the liberty to comment about everything—whether they dislike it or hold a begrudging appreciation for it. The question in this tweet is just a valid one because, seriously, why was Amr Diab running like this in the Al-Azhar tunnel? We get the idea that they want to point out that the Egyptian Post Office is quick when it comes to delivery, but the ad still doesn’t make much sense.

Another tweet was about how people are frustrated with Sherif Salama’s character in Faten Amal Harby, as they should be. Salama plays the role of a terrible husband and father, and, honestly, he’s doing his job a little too well that people want to punch the screen whenever he is present!

The eternal inquiry of every Ramadan remains: Which is better, cashews or pistachio? People commented that cashews are easier to eat; thus, it automatically wins! However, we think pistachios are worth the effort with their salty, unique taste.

Here is a tweet that we see almost every year: Someone gave a person a cigarette along with the customary dates and water so they can break their fast on the road. We just can’t process what the people packing those Iftar packages were thinking. But, whether this was an actual situation or a joke, we think the nicotine inclusion was a pretty thoughtful touch!
