When it’s that time of the month, we all know what it means; an emotional roller coaster, if not worse. Us, women, know it’s time when we start sobbing because we dropped the TV’s remote control. However, for the opposite sex, they don’t usually see it coming. We’re quite aware of this and we want to save you, dear boyfriend/husband from getting dumped as a result of a broken nail. So, let us enlighten you.
Be Understanding
If she’s crying over every little thing, be flirty and funny instead of underestimating her issues. If she’s crying because she spilled ketchup on her hands, deal with it as if she lost her wallet. We warned you.
Be Mr. Nice
You need to be a little more careful than usual. We might end up biting your head off, if you try testing our temper. If something is bothering her, go with the flow, shower her with compliments, and try to absorb her anger frenzy. To cut it short, be patient.
Bring out your inner fun side
When she switches to her uplifting phase, take her on the crazy adventure she wants to embark on. Do whatever needs to be done. Take her somewhere with activities and make sure she gets all the fun she needs.
Be her loving hero
At times, she’ll doubt herself, or worse, doubt your love for her! She might even accuse you of not caring enough. So, pay attention, try not to make her feel left out, and reassure your love for her. Oh, also customized gifts are perfect at this point.
Just be there
Yes, it’s hard when we get depressed, but sometimes it’s inevitable. It’s hard for you to get her out of that mood, but that’s why we wrote this, right? Now, you mister have two options. You can either give her space for a while - just make sure to let her know that you’re giving it to her on purpose for her own sake - or you can bring her all that she’s craving. Hang out, maybe watch a movie, take her to dinner; just do anything that she might like and enjoy.
