You might’ve been too busy partying and having fun with friends or family outside, but the people who stayed inside surely saw these talk shows with lovely Egyptian celebrities giving us great content whether it was singing or playing games with the audience.
Here are the three New Year’s Eve shows that happened this Friday and what we thought about them:
- Tamer Hosny and Mona El-Shazly

A fan or not, you definitely know Tamer Hosny from either his amazing songs or his movies that stuck with us for a very long time until this moment, giving us good cinematic content. Mona El-Shazly invited the Superstar for New Year’s Eve to lighten up the mood to give us a free concert at home, which he delivered by entering the show singing and hyping everyone up—which was everything we never knew we needed!
On the show, Tamer spoke about his love for his fans and that he’d change for them no matter what they ask, which brings us to his amazing concerts that are always diverse and full of great performances that were DEFINITELY worthy of his beautiful voice.
Mona El-Shazly knows how to make celebrities interact with the fans in the nicest ways possible, which was the case with Tamer and the games he played with the audience. These games included directing a little cinematic scene…and since we got to this topic, he also mentioned how he produced some of his own movies and most of his songs! Is there anything he can’t do? We don’t think so.
- Angham and Abla Fahita

Abla Fahita’s interviews are extra and we absolutely LOVE them, but who knew that an artist as big as Angham would make this show a hundred times better with her hypnotic voice and lovely personality, which wowed us in addition to her fun side.
Aside from her singing skills, Angham showed us her talents on the piano while being interviewed by Caro, a playful and witty segment we all enjoy.
Angham’s voice is addictive and it’s one of the greatest out there, let’s be real! Showcasing that, she sang many beautiful songs that gave us chills including a New Year’s Eve song that was the perfect thing to start the new year with.
Additionally, Angham spoke about her history with music and reminded us of all the songs we were once crazy about. One of the very cute segments of this show was Angham and her kids warming our hearts with their mother-son bond that was too sweet to handle!
- Shereen and Esaad Younes

A show that warms all our hearts because of the great talk show host that is Esaad Younes, a lovely host, Sahibet El-Saada gives us the sweetest content when it comes to interviews whether it’s celebrities or regular people. However, this time she got us the amazing Shereen Abdelwahab after her bomb new look!
Shereen showed us what self-love and self-empowerment mean in this interview, talking about how she loves herself and her body—we love a body positive queen! Grateful for her fans, she gave them a wholesome message telling them that they keep her going which honestly got to our hearts.
The Superstar brought us her mini versions, Hana and Mariam, who gave us an insight about Shereen as a mother and how they love her confidence and power. Even her strong voice mesmerizes them! Ending the show with singing to us, Shereen gave us the best New Year’s Eve we could wish for.
