As a part of its famed “100 Million Seha” initiative, the Ministry of Health recently dropped a new advertising campaign, and we’d have to say, we’re super impressed. It’s hip, creative, and empowering. The (so far) two adverts have us super proud of the Egyptian advertising industry and what it has grown to become.

Last night, Egyptian director, Taimour Taimour, unveiled his ad that is part of the campaign. The ad, communicating the ministry’s efforts towards women’s health, features a powerful, empowering script, and of course, Taimour’s vision and artistic feel are noticeable. It stars Egyptian actress Asmaa Abo Elyazeid.

We’re super excited to see what this campaign might still have in store for us, especially after the first part that was released earlier this month. A couple of weeks ago, another ad, directed by Ashraf Hamdi, was dropped and was the talk of social media for a while. The kid-friendly advertisement, aimed at raising awareness about the importance of proper nutrition, was particularly playful and joyous.
