Last Friday, our Great Pyramids of Giza welcomed legendary band Red Hot Chili Peppers, and we wouldn’t be lying if we said that it was one of the best concerts to take place in Egypt. And boy, were we ecstatic! Raise your hands if you grew up listening to their albums!
The concert was a huge success thanks to how well organised it was. Not to mention the number of people we met who crossed oceans (literally) just to attend the concert. RHCP were one of many artists to perform by the Pyramids over the years; we’re talking Grateful Dead, Frank Sinatra, Yanni, and Sting, among others.
Everyone there, regardless of their age, race, and gender, had an amazing time grooving to the band’s awesome long-awaited performance.
And as always, here is where you can have a look-see for yourself!
