In an attempt to bring back fun to the fashion world, Vogue Arabia brought together two icons to lighten up their upcoming November issue. Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima flew all the way to Egypt and with Egyptian comedian Samir Ghanem, they posed side by side for Vogue's new cover.

Manuel Arnaut, Vogue Arabia's editor, wrote about how the media industry nowadays is focusing on heavy topics such as diversity and sustainability. And even though Vogue Arabia has been at the forefront of this among other publications, according to Arnaut, this has somehow washed the fun element away.

"That very basic quality that made us love fashion in the first place is becoming diluted by so many heavy topics," Arnaut wrote. "Can you remember when we just had a blast dressing up for the sake of it, in a moment of unapologetic and uncomplicated delight?"

And to bring back these joyful vibes, there was no better idea than to bring Ghanem and Lima together under one roof. They both made a fun, dynamic duo that will definitely get stuck in our heads for a while.

Vogue Arabia even cared enough to bring Fatota, in his green suit and big bow, back to life. It's also worth mentioning that the legendary Egyptian 82-year-old actor is the oldest person, and one of a very few men, ever featured on the prestigious magazine's cover.

"I believe comedians should continue to work until the last day of their lives," Ghanem told Vogue Arabia.

We can't wait to see the November issue shining bright on every newsstand. That's definitely a cover worth framing!
