Every year, when sweet November is a bit far behind us and we are already a few days in December, that’s when it hits us that the year is ending! At this point, we gaze back at the things we didn’t like about ourselves this year. Frankly, it is such an uncomfortable moment! But why do we always focus on the negative things?

We know that there are many things we would like to change about ourselves or even our lifestyle, but try giving yourself time to change one thing at a time. Set a goal and give it a reasonable duration to achieve it.

Resolutions Don’t Have an Expiration Date!

If you are working on your goal, and you happen to fall out of practice, don’t ever get discouraged! Try to pick up where you left off or even start over. What’s the rush? The year is really long! So, take all the time you need.

For example, there are many things we want to buy, yet our financial status is not the best for these purchases at this time. The problem is the stress that comes with all of this!
