 Just because a new year started doesn’t mean that the party is over; on Sunday the 7th of January from 9 PM to 3 AM, Nox’s Winter Wonderland, is bound to keep you entertained with Maya El Maghraby, DJ Roro and a skillful violinist for an all-inclusive 850LE and corkage of the same amount plus services and taxes.

2- The hotel’s Christmas Eve’s dining options:

There are two ways to have a proper Christmas Eve’s dinner (24th of December); the Oriental way at Bab El Sharq and Culina, where an array of oriental delights are awaiting on their special a la carte menu from 8 PM to 2 AM, in addition to live entertainment that includes a belly dancer, a singer and an Oriental band.

The other way is the Italian way at no other but Vivo. From 6 PM to 12 AM, an opera performance sets the ambience for a 3-course dinner that goes side by side with sparkling wine, before sealing the night at Bar D’Oro, where piano tunes mingle with the smooth voice of the solo vocalist who will take to the stage. The Italian affair comes at the price of 550LE+++ per person, children between the age of 6 and 12 years old get a 50% discount, while 6 years old and under get the dinner for free.

3- …and the many Christmas lunch options as well:

Whether you celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December, or January the 7th, The Nile Ritz-Carlton has you covered; taking place on the 25th from 1 PM to 5PM, Culina’s A Taste of Christmas buffet gathers a host of food- carving stations, Seafood dishes and signature salads, in addition to a wide variety of desserts, for 350LE++ per adult. This Christmas lunch is sure to put a smile on every face, especially the precious little ones, who will have a special entertainment corner of their own, plus a 50% discount for those whose age is between 6 and 12 years old, while those who are under the age of 6 lunch for free.

On the same day from 12:30 PM to 6 PM, Vivo’s Chef Carmine flaunts a series of authentic Italian holiday specials, in a 3-course menu that comes with a complimentary glass of bubbles to toast to the occasion. And don’t tell your kiddo’s who is joining us to Lunch, let Santa do the job. Vivo’s Christmas lunch, Buon Natale, is for 550LE++ per adult.

On the 7th of January, a massive Christmas Brunch takes place at Culina from 1 PM to 5PM, where you are welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, before delving into the buffet that gathers a vast selection of culinary choices; from omelets and pastry stations, to steak, BBQ, turkey and seafood options. The brunch also sees various family-friendly activities, including live jazz entertainment and a kids’ corner.

Speaking of kids, those who are under the age of 6 have it all for free, while those between the age of 6 and 12 enjoy a 50% discount. The brunch is for 650LE+++ per adult and there’s also the unlimited beverages package that comes at the price of 1200LE+++.

4- Boasting some of the best countdowns in Cairo:

Boasting various countdowns to choose from, The Nile Ritz-Carlton’s lobby and bar welcomes the new year with Trio Band & Countdown; an evening of cocktails and live entertainment, from 10 PM to 1 AM.

Alternatively, Bab El Sharq teams up with Culina, to bring you New Year’s Eve in Arabia that takes place from 8 PM to 2 AM; an Oriental buffet that comes with a belly dancing performance and live entertainment, for 1000LE+++ per adult, including a glass of sparkling wine and party favours, or 1400LE+++ for the unlimited beverages package. While children under the age of 6 celebrate for free, those above the age of 6 to 12 years old get 50% off.

Looking for a romantic option? From 6 PM to 2 AM, Vivo’s Veni. Vivo. Vici… Dine and Party sees an Opera performance, a DJ and a countdown for entertainment and a 5-course menu that comprises various Italian delicacies. 5- Chocolate Heaven with Santa (from the 23rd to the 25th of December):

Who would’ve believed that heaven could land on earth for a day, let alone 3? from the 23rd to the 25th of December, Santa is waiting for you all at the hotel’s lobby from 1 PM to 5 PM, where his little elves are spoiling you and your family with loads of traditional Christmas desserts, including macaroons, marshmallow and various flavours of cookies, that are sure to complement the hotel’s signature hot cocoa drink. This heartwarming gathering is for 175LE++ per person. Children under the age of 6 enjoy this Chocolate Heaven for free, while those between the age of 6 and 12 get a 50% discount.

6- The hotel’s daily activities (From 23th of December to 7th of January):
