Stop whatever it is you’re doing because the weekend is finally here! The Easter Break’s party vibes are still going strong at Cairo’s best clubs and bars, so prepare yourself for an epic weekend.

Leaving work tired isn’t an excuse to miss a party-full Thursday. Cairo Jazz Club is kicking off the first day of the weekend with a performance by Ritza band; and DJ Neobyrd will be making sure everyone is dancing their socks off. 24k Bar and Restaurant is preparing an epic night, where the international Rowen Clark will be on decks, along with some other hot tunes by DJs Gawdat, HAZem and Antithesis. If you like to travel back to the golden age of the 90’s, your favourite Fel Badrom night will be taking place at the Basement – Urban Pub.

On the other hand, a unique celebration is happening at The Garden Nile Front because it’s DJ Asser Nabil’s birthday! They’re planning to make it special at their Nile Vibes party, with Spanish DJ Fran Hernandez in the hot seat, while DJ Carlos and A. Salah take to the decks with some chill tunes. And speaking of uniqueness, Anthems 18th Edition party is taking place at ZigZag, featuring our favourite duo, A-Squared, and DJs Jimmy and Francesco Poggi. With the influence of Jazz, Funk, Orientaland Afro Beats, the fantastic Nour Project will be performing at The Tap East.

Finally, Cairo Jazz Club 610 is going a bit more international this Thursday with DJs Dirty Doering and Milo Häfliger shuffling through their hottest sets. On the other hand, the freshest bar, Music Zone, is going oriental with belly dancer Scarlet, dancing over the beats of DJs Rika, Migoo and Bassem.

It’s Dry Friday this week! This means, you won’t be able to satisfy your inner alcohol lover, but there are still some fun things to do. You can always start with filling up your stomach with the deliciousness of wings, yes chicken wings! Head to any of The Tap (West, East, Maadi) branches and enjoy the All You Can Eat Wings night. If, however, you’re a Pink Floyd fan, Room Art Space is the place for you. They will be bringing Paranoid Eyes to you, so you can travel to the darker side of the moon. Meanwhile, Gu Bar is still going wild with their WKND party, featuring belly dancer Roxana.

The vibe is finally ending, and as we always tell you, you better go all out on Saturday. Cairo Jazz Club 610 is bringing Bluenotes band for some sensational blues and a hell of a performance. On the other side of town, belly dancer Sahar will go all Heshek Beshek over the sha3by songs of Mahmoud El Laithy at Gu Bar. Girls Night Out party is also back at The Garden Nile Front, and should bring the sexy you back. Finally, Saturday L’Oriental party is definitely different this time at Cairo Jazz Club. CJC’s party will feature RT Nuba, as they take you on a Nubian daydream; up next, the amazing saxophonist, Kirk MacDonald, will be serving you some funky jazz arrangements.

These are only a few of the events taking place this weekend across the capital – check out the Cairo Gossip calendar for more.
