And so here we are, after a rather strange weekend on the North Coast, with one thing in sight: a much better weekend ahead – better because Sahel super-club, 6IX Degrees, is back in action and doing what it does best.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, 6IX Degrees is set to resume its usual bumper three-night weekends, kicking it off this week with its special Bazaar Night and DJ Chabz providing the music.

But the weekend will also see Ahmed Beltagy and co roll out the red carpet for five very, very, very special guests – guys that are world-renowned in the world of football.

Real Madrid legends, Roberto Carlos and Michel Salgado, former Arsenal and France star, Robert Pires, and Portuguese greats, Deco and and Vitor Baia, are having something of guys’ night out, rounding off their own Sahel adventure with the sights and sounds of 6IX Degrees.

The news comes as another notch on the 6IX Degrees belt, which in a short few years has not only become one of the biggest summer hotspots in Egypt, but also regionally and internationally, in terms of both guests and entertainment. Just last week, another Brazilian legend, Ronaldinho, was spotted at 6IX Degrees, while entertainers performing there have included Kelly Rowland, The Gypsy Kings, Diana King, Kevin Little, Fatman Scoop, Sonique and Snap, as well as regional stars such as Ragheb Alama, Hakeem, Haifa Wehbe and Nicole Saba – and there’s plenty more to come.
