Some people were born to help others, and actress Hend Sabry has always been one of them. In collaboration with the actress, the UN launched a new app for all smartphone users to help people in Syria and Yemen.
The Share The Meal app is available all over the world, and it will help users get food for Syrians/Yemenis who are stranded in the ongoing conflict in their countries and are in need of food in Ramadan. All you need to do is install it, and donate money for as little as $0.5!
Hend Sabry, the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) Ambassador Against Hunger, always had a concern about those effected by war, conflict, and destruction. She said that “not all people around the world feel the advantage of Ramadan at all, they don’t even know from where to get food for their Iftar.” That’s exactly why she thinks Share The Meal app will definitely help those people. The application is available on both Android’s Play Store and Apple’s Store
The kind actress has even mentioned that she’s going to use the app daily, and will ask her friends and family to keep doing this throughout Ramadan and even after it’s finished. We have also been told that $15 can feed a hungry child for a month, so what are you going to do about it?
Don’t let this article stop here, share it, get it around, and let people help those in need!
