Egyptian superstar Ruby went to the top of the trending list as she made waves with her performance last weekend. Videos of her performance at the after-party of the Cairo International Film Festival’s closing ceremony went viral, and it only brought back memories of the multi-talented diva.

Ruby was the first-ever Arab artist to appear wearing a belly-dancing suit, dancing in the street in a music video. It was for her debut song Enta A’ref Leh back in 2004, directed by Sherif Sabri.
