Alongside Egyptian megastars, Tamer Hosny and trap master Marwan Pablo, American rapper Silentó set AUC’s stage on fire last Friday. The crowd was so excited to watch him whip and nae nae live. However, all the hype and the sick performance weren’t the talk of the town for the past few days; it was Silentó’s viral video that followed the concert.

The rapper shared videos of him lipsyncing and singing an Egyptian shaabi song. Fans went wild during the concert and on the web; it really wasn’t expected. It turns out that Silentó was only teasing for his new mahragan, titled Egypt. The song featured two new local voices of the genre, Dok Dok and Fanky, and was released soon after, on the 25th of November.

Listen to the song below and let us know what you think. Is it a yay or nay?
