Al Ahram has today reported that police in the Upper Egypt city of Qena are holding a duck in custody, after it was arrested on suspicion of espionage.

The duck, which was found in the Nile by a hunter on Friday, had what looked like a recording device attached to it. Police have urged residents of Qena to be on the lookout for any other suspicious looking animals. Maybe a tall, sassy rabbit or a really fast coyote.
